Environment Hamilton Privacy Policy
1. Accountability: Environment Hamilton is responsible for personal information under its control and shall handle such information in compliance with the following principles.
2. Identifying Purposes: The purposes for which personal information is collected shall be identified by Environment Hamilton at or before the time the information is collected.
3. Consent: Informed consent of an individual is required for the collection, use or disclosure of personal information by Environment Hamilton.
4. Limiting Collection: The collection of personal information is limited to that which is necessary for the purposes identified by Environment Hamilton.
5. Limiting Use, Disclosure, and Retention: Environment Hamilton will not use or disclose personal information for purposes other than those for which it was collected, except with consent or as required by law. Personal information shall be retained only as long as necessary.
6. Accuracy: Environment Hamilton ensures that personal information is as accurate, complete, and up-to-date as reasonably possible.
7. Safeguards: Personal information is protected by security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
8. Openness: Environment Hamilton's privacy policy is available to the public and we will respond to inquires about our practices relating to personal information.
9. Individual Access: Upon request, Environment Hamilton will inform an individual of the existence, use and disclosure of his or her personal information and shall be given access to that information. An individual may challenge the accuracy and completeness of information.
10. Challenging Compliance: An individual may address a challenge concerning compliance with the above principles to Environment Hamilton's board of directors.
